Responsibilities
  • Serve as receptionist, which includes answering phones, taking messages, and greeting and assisting students and other visitors as they enter the suite
  • Provide office support including typing, data entry, copying, faxing, filing, and other support as needed
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Restock beverages and coffee
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment and excellent oral and written communication skills. Office experience is preferred.
