Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient packaging of products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations, as well as mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain packaging equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production flow.
  • Assemble and package products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for fabrication and assembly tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Follow all FDA regulations and company policies related to product handling and packaging processes.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of packaged products.
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials as needed within the facility.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician Registration Required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
