Job description

Salary: $17 per hour + none

Job Description:
As an injection mold operator you will be trained to run several machines such as grommet, logo, grinder, injection & packing machines. You will be trained to trim mats & work on computers to ensure that you are following packing & quality instructions to determine if you are meeting the expectations. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations that are given to you in person & on the app. This position requires you to bend, lift, stand, stoop, squat, reach, and walk for up to 12 hours a day. You may be required to lift 30-50 pounds at a time. This shift will require you to work day shift 6am-6pm & night shift, 6pm-6am. The mandatory overtime schedule will be posted every month for the entire month. You will receive one 30 minute lunch & three 10 minute breaks. You must follow the schedule that you are given at orientation or on your 1st day.

Randstad T-shirts must be worn Monday - Thursday. Work-appropriate shirts of your choice can be work Fri-Sun. Randstad shirts will be deducted from your paycheck. All T-shirts must be tucked into your pants. No profane or suggestive texts and images are allowed. Shoes must be enclosed, with a rubber sole. Steel toed shoes are not required. No necklaces, bracelets or watches are allowed. Long hair must be tied up off of your neck at least 2 inches. Pants without any holes or rips can be worn. Shorts that are no shorter than 2 inches above the knee are permitted in areas that are not considered a hot process. Wear full length pants on your first day and confirm with your supervisor if shorts are permitted in your area.
