Application Support / AI Portfolio Support – Exxon

Location: Spring, TX – Onsite 5 Days/Week
Interview: One 30-Min Zoom

USC
Experience: 3–10 Years

Must have LinkedIn and also Must provide 2 professional references and their LinkedIn, Phone number, Email Address, Designation and project name.

Role:
Support day-to-day application portfolio management for emerging Upstream Geoscience AI applications, including onboarding, upgrades, security controls, licensing, optimization, and retirement activities.  

Technical Stack:
Application Support | Application Administration | IT Operations | AI/Responsible AI | Ardoq | SharePoint | Risk Assessment | Vulnerability Testing | License Management | Disaster Recovery | Python (Basic) | Data Governance

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s in computer science, MIS, Systems Engineering or related field
  • 3–10 years in Application Support / Administration / IT Operations
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams

Bonus: Oil & Gas/Geoscience experience, SharePoint expertise, basic Python/dashboarding.

  • Maintain Ardoq application information
