Overview
We are hiring multiple AI Engineers to build next-generation agentic AI systems supporting enterprise initiatives like AI-driven sales enablement and workflow automation.
This role is ideal for engineers who have recently built AI agents (typically ~2 years) and can confidently explain how and why their systems work.
What You'll Do
  • Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows
  • Develop RAG pipelines (ingestion → retrieval → generation)
  • Work with orchestration frameworks to enable:
    • Multi-step reasoning
    • Tool usage
    • Memory management
    • Implement evaluation frameworks to measure:
    • Accuracy
    • Hallucination rates
    • Reliability
  • Contribute to production-grade AI systems with:
    • APIs
    • Testing
    • Monitoring
  • Collaborate with Lead and team on architecture and best practices

Required Experience
  • 3-6 years in software engineering or data science
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents
  • Ability to explain:
    • What you built
    • Why it works
    • Why it can be trusted
  • Experience with:
    • Azure AI Foundry
    • LangGraph (or similar)
    • Copilot / Microsoft AI stack
