Your Role at Relatient

We’re seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the systems, applications, hardware, and software tools that keep our organization productive, secure, and connected.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving complex system issues, supporting business-critical platforms, improving documentation, partnering across teams, and bringing urgency and clarity to technical support and administration. The role includes system-level support across operating systems, hardware, software, SaaS applications, documentation, capacity planning, disaster recovery, security, networking, and end-user support.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Provide system-level support for operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation, configuration, and maintenance as part of the Service Delivery team.
  • Manage, maintain, and review technical documentation to support consistent operations and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure internal and external partners receive and maintain appropriate access to systems and SaaS applications.
  • Research, plan, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade operating systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and business units to support reliable technology operations.
  • Assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery, and security-related activities.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, switches, access points, and IP cameras.
  • Support end users when necessary and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Escalate high-priority issues to the support team to ensure rapid resolution.
  • Conduct basic issue research and troubleshooting prior to case assignment.
  • Provide web portal training and ongoing support to clients.
  • Communicate case resolution clearly and effectively to clients.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 9+ years of experience in system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, including user administration, Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of identity providers, particularly JumpCloud and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience administering ticketing systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
  • Experience administering mobile device management and remote management solutions.
  • Experience administering antivirus and endpoint detection and response solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of core networking principles, including LAN/WAN concepts, with the ability to administer and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, and IP cameras.
  • Experience using scripting and automation.
  • AWS experience preferred.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Proactively maintain a secure, stable, and highly available technology environment that supports business operations.
  • Serve as a trusted technical resource by quickly diagnosing and resolving complex system, application, and infrastructure issues.
  • Effectively administer and support Microsoft 365, identity management platforms, endpoint management solutions, and SaaS applications.
  • Build and maintain accurate, comprehensive technical documentation that enables operational consistency and knowledge sharing.
  • Strengthening security, disaster recovery, and capacity planning efforts through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve efficiencies, and reduce recurring support issues.
  • Partner effectively with technical and business teams to deliver reliable technology solutions and positive end-user experience.

Mindset That Matter:

We always look for ways to grow and take pride in what we do. You'll thrive here if you:

  • Act with purpose, focus, and accountability.
  • Collaborate across teams and communicate clearly.
  • Keep improving and automate what slows you down.

A Note on Travel:

  • Traveling up to 10% may be required.

Pay & Perks:

The salary range for this role is $85,000-120,000 per year. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.

Benefits include (US):

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
