Job description

As a part of the AI Risk and Governance team, you will support RealPage's AI compliance activities, helping the company demonstrate responsible AI governance to customers, auditors, and regulators. Your work spans responding to customer inquiries about AI governance, maintaining evidence repositories, tracking regulatory developments, and preparing audit packages. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, and the governance team to ensure RealPage can articulate its AI oversight practices to external stakeholders.

  • Respond to customer AI assurance requests by completing questionnaires, preparing governance summaries, and coordinating with Sales and Legal to support deal closures. 
  • Maintain evidence repositories by organizing governance artifacts, control documentation, testing results, and audit trails for regulatory examinations. 
  • Track regulatory developments by monitoring AI legislation, summarizing requirements, and coordinating with Legal to understand impact to RealPage. 
  • Prepare audit packages by collecting evidence from governance activities, organizing documentation by control domain, and writing audit narratives. 
  • Develop customer facing AI governance materials including transparency summaries, responsible AI statements, and governance capability descriptions. 
  • Support regulatory inquiries and examinations by gathering requested documentation, preparing briefing materials, and serving as a point of contact for AI governance questions. 
  • Maintain regulatory mapping by connecting AI systems in the registry to applicable regulations and tracking compliance obligations. 
  • Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams on AI related contract reviews by providing governance input on vendor agreements and customer commitments. 
  • Create compliance dashboards and metrics that track audit readiness, regulatory coverage, and customer assurance response times. 
  • Support the development of AI compliance training materials that help employees understand regulatory requirements and governance obligations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt as the landscape shifts.

     

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Compliance, Legal Studies, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory roles 
  • Experience responding to external stakeholder requests including customers, auditors, or regulators 
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to create clear compliance documentation 
  • Experience with GRC platforms, audit management systems, or evidence collection processes 
  • Travel up to 10% for customer meetings, audits, and regulatory conferences 

Preferred

  • Knowledge of AI regulatory landscape including ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, or Fair Housing Act implications 
  • Experience in property management, real estate technology, or highly regulated industries 
  • Professional compliance or governance certifications (CISA, CISM, AIGP, or similar) 
  • Background in external audit or regulatory compliance roles

  • Analytical skills for interpreting regulatory requirements and assessing compliance gaps 
  • Organizational skills for managing documentation, tracking requests, and coordinating across teams 
  • Willingness to stay current on evolving AI regulations and compliance expectations
