Job description

Job Summary:
Strider Technologies is on a mission to deliver strategic intelligence that enables faster, more confident decision-making in an increasingly complex global environment. As an AI Product Manager, you will define how agentic AI transforms user interaction with intelligence by turning fragmented data into intuitive insights. This role involves leading the strategy and execution of AI-powered capabilities across Strider’s platform, collaborating with various teams to build innovative products.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the strategy for agentic AI capabilities across Strider’s platform
• Identify opportunities to apply agentic workflows to enhance analysis, discovery, and decision-making
• Translate company objectives into a clear roadmap for AI-driven features, capabilities, and experiences
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of agentic features, from concept and experimentation through production deployment
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and evaluation approaches for AI-powered capabilities
• Balance rapid iteration with reliability, accuracy, and user trust
• Partner with Engineering to design and deliver scalable AI systems, including model integration and data pipelines
• Collaborate with Intelligence teams to ensure AI outputs align with real-world analytical workflows
• Work with Design to create intuitive, transparent, and controllable AI user experiences
• Lead experimentation efforts, including prompt iteration, model selection, and UX testing
• Establish frameworks for evaluating AI outputs (quality, accuracy, usefulness, trust)
• Continuously refine product direction based on user feedback and model performance
• Ensure AI systems are designed with transparency, reliability, and appropriate human oversight
• Identify and mitigate risks related to bias, hallucination, and misuse
• Help define best practices for responsible AI use within Strider’s platform
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or related roles, including ownership of complex technical products
• Experience building or scaling agentic products, including prompt-driven or retrieval-based systems
• Experience partnering with engineering teams on AI system design, including APIs, model integration, and data workflows
• Proven ability to define product strategy and deliver end-to-end user-facing AI features
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to evaluate product and model performance
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive user experiences and clear business value
• API Integrations
Preferred:
• Experience with agentic search
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Experience building AI products in a SaaS or data platform environment
• Background in engineering, data science, or applied AI
• Familiarity with geopolitical risk, intelligence workflows, or analyst-facing tools
