Description

We are seeking a Product Manager / Project Coordinator to define, shape, and deliver software that solves real user problems while ensuring disciplined, predictable execution. This role blends product ownership with project leadership in a hybrid consulting and product environment.


You will partner with development teams, end users, and stakeholders to understand client needs, define clear problem statements, prioritize work, and guide the delivery of meaningful product increments. Success in this role requires clear product thinking and ownership of scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes.


This position operates in a blended consulting and product environment and requires comfort balancing client needs, product priorities, and delivery constraints while leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows.


Requirements

Product Ownership and Discovery

  • Manage and refine backlogs
  • Write and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in continuous discovery and iterative delivery with developers, end users and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies to inform prioritization and product decisions
  • Use AI-enabled tools to synthesize research, explore solution concepts, and develop rapid prototypes for early validation.
  • Contribute to shaping practical, user-centered solutions


Agile Delivery Leadership

  • Facilitate or support Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Partner with the development team to maintain clarity, focus, and forward progress
  • Identify delivery risks and escalate appropriately
  • Help ensure work aligns with agreed timelines and budget constraints


Stakeholder and Client Communication

  • Support requirement gathering and expectation alignment
  • Provide clear status updates to clients and internal leadership
  • Balance client needs with delivery realities in a consulting context
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with developers, tech leads, QA, and solution architects
  • Support product launches in partnership with delivery teams
  • Collaborate with other PMs and the Director of Project Management on prioritization and planning discussions


Tools and Operational Discipline

  • Manage work within Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Apply practical risk management methodologies
  • Use telemetry and insight tools such as Sentry, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, or similar platforms to observe product performance
  • Apply practical risk awareness and structured problem-solving


Requirements


  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or software delivery
  • Experience running Scrum teams in a software environment
  • Exposure to backlog management and writing user stories
  • Experience using modern tooling and AI-enabled workflows
  • Experience managing timelines, budgets, and delivery constraints
  • Experience working directly with engineers and technical teams
  • Client-facing communication experience
  • Exposure to both consulting and product delivery models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
