These programs are often hosted by tech companies or research institutions and pair residents with leading AI researchers to work on cutting-edge projects. Residents participate in seminars, collaborate on publications, and often contribute to real-world AI applications. The goal is to bridge the gap between academia and industry, providing residents with the practical skills and knowledge needed for a career in AI.

Residents often work in small teams, participate in regular research meetings, and are encouraged to publish their results or contribute to open-source initiatives.
