Family Medicine Physician

Ready for a role that fits your life? Overlake Clinics is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for our Bellevue Primary Care Clinic. Work evening hours with flexible part-time or full-time options—your schedule, your way!

Position Details:

  • RN in-basket support for all primary care providers
  • Centralized pharmacist refill support
  • Provider EPIC trainer
  • EPIC EMR with integrated DAX copilot (AI-automated documentation tool)
  • Collaborative, supportive, and multidisciplinary care model
  • Join a physician-led organization where you'll experience the autonomy and flexibility of a private practice but with the support and stability of an employed position.

Qualifications:

  • Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine
  • Completion of a US residency program
  • Washington physician license
  • Experience with EPIC or other EMR highly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Generous Value-Based Compensation Model: $262k - $415k
  • Up to 6.5 weeks of PTO
  • 1 week of CME plus $5,000 in CME funds
