Position Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled Product Owner to lead the development and implementation of Generative AI (GenAI) model onboarding and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions across diverse business use cases. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, strong skills in prompt engineering, and experience in designing scalable technical architectures. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in harnessing the potential of advanced AI technologies to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
  • Own and manage the product lifecycle for GenAI RAG solutions, from concept to deployment.
  • Design and oversee the development of scalable and secure architectures for AI integration across business functions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-performance implementation of GenAI and RAG solutions.

Prompt Engineering Expertise:
  • Develop and refine effective prompts to optimize the performance of GenAI models for various applications.
  • Experiment with prompt structures and fine-tune model outputs to align with business needs and user expectations.
