Job description

Company Overview
We are a California-based AI healthcare startup building an AI physician platform. We require licensed practicing physicians to act as the "final gatekeepers" to jointly provide safe and efficient services for patients requiring prescription medications. We are currently inviting medical sales experts to help us rapidly build our physician network!

Main Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact Western medicine clinics, family doctors, and specialists in the United States (with a focus on California) to introduce the company's AI medical platform.
  • Persuade and sign physicians to agree to partner as AI doctors: utilizing AI-assisted diagnostic tools and assuming final review responsibility when prescription drugs are required.
  • Maintain physician relationships, perform regular follow-ups, collect feedback and drive repeat purchases/consultations.
  • Assist the company in completing physician-side contract signing and compliance processes.
  • Expand the physician resource network to continuously supply high-quality partner physicians to the platform.

Specific Requirements:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical sales, physician relationship management or B2B medical business development (BD) with familiarity in physician circles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and clearly explain the AI + Physician cooperation model.
  • Understanding of prescription drug processes and physician practice pain points.
  • Ability to drive independently for on-site visits (must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license).
  • Fluent in Mandarin with good English proficiency.
  • Preference given to those with existing physician resources. Must have legal work status in the U.S.

We Offer:

  • Excellent performers can transition to Regional Manager or Partner roles.
