We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team! In your role as a Cognitive Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students of all ages using the LearningRx model and programs. Trainers deliver engaging, structured exercises designed to strengthen students' cognitive skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions following the LearningRx methodology
  • Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to clients throughout their program
  • Track client progress and maintain accurate training records
  • Communication with leadership team and parents regarding student performance
  • Foster a positive, professional, and motivating atmosphere
  • Attend initial and ongoing training to maintain program fidelity
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
