Job Title: Gen AI Architect – Conversational AI & IVR Solutions

Location: Charolette/ NC

Experience: 12+ years in Software Architecture

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generative AI Architect with strong expertise in Conversational AI, IVR platforms, Multi-Model AI orchestration, and Enterprise Contact Center solutions. The ideal candidate will design and lead the implementation of next-generation AI-powered customer engagement solutions integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, IVR systems, and contact center platforms.

Experience with Core.AI, NICE CXone, Voice Bots, Agent Assist, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-model AI architectures is highly desirable.

The role requires deep technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor''s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

·        12+ years in software architecture and enterprise solutions.

·        5+ years in Conversational AI and Contact Center technologies.

·        3+ years designing Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

·        Experience implementing enterprise Voice AI platforms.
