This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners.

Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges.

As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of a fundamental reimagining of enterprise decision making and planning, targeting a rapidly expanding agentic AI market

You will drive the architectural vision for solutions that span multiple domains across enterprise customer's planning and decisioning teams.
You will own the design and delivery of entire programs of customer solutions, creating new patterns and methodologies that become industry standards. Operating with autonomy and independence, you'll tackle significantly complex problems in emerging or novel areas, simplifying them into elegant solutions that become reference designs for the future!
Internally, you will be both the voice of the customer and a technical asset, working directly with AWS product teams to shape our roadmap, while also leading the creation of thought leadership content that defines how AWS communicates its technology to customers. Your influence will extend to company-wide impact, driving transformative solutions at scale.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-wide agentic AI architectures and frameworks that span multiple domains
- Collaborate with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to shape both technical and business strategies
- Design and validate reference architectures that become industry standards for applying AI in business process optimization
- Drive clarity in ambiguous situations, leading large organizational or multi-country initiatives
- Mentor and develop other Solutions Architects, contributing to the growth of technical excellence across AWS
