Job Description:
The Manager - Project Financial Management is focused on accurate revenue recognition, margin optimization and delivery performance across the firm's service lines. This role will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with business leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE, and leverage the BT offshore team to improve financial outcomes through operational excellence and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of financial analysts responsible for accurate revenue recognition, project margin analytics
  • Partner with service line leaders and the Enterprise Pricing CoE to monitor revenue trends, project performance post-pricing, ensuring commercial terms are supported through effective delivery management.
  • Identify repetitive, manual tasks suitable for automation to improve efficiency and data quality
  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, AI driven analytics and workflow optimization
  • Partner with Technology and Operations teams to deploy AI tools for forecasting, anomaly detection and predictive insights
  • Monitor trends in delivery performance and margin optimization opportunities
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to establish data governance frameworks to ensure integrity and consistency in reporting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field required.
  • MBA, CPA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5 years of relevant experience required, 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, delivery margin analytics, or cost optimization, including 2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role preferred.
  • Experience managing financial analytics or shared service teams supporting U.S. or global business units.
  • Experience in Workday/SAP and automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx)
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills, SQL, Phyton
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, global environment.
The pay rate range for this job position is $98,230to $186,220. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
