Role Description


We’re looking for a Product Development Specialist who can bridge business strategy, user empathy, and technical insight to shape the future of AI in education. You’ll work closely with our CEO, design, and engineering teams to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and deliver world-class solutions that universities love.


What You’ll Do


  • Translate emerging trends in higher ed and AI into concrete roadmap ideas for the CEO, design, and engineering teams
  • Contribute to the long-term product vision by identifying where AI evaluation and admissions workflows are headed
  • Document recurring issues and feed structured feedback to the product team to improve evaluation logic and model performance
  • Collaborate with product and engineering on testing new features before rollout


What We’re Looking For


  • A strategic mindset — someone who can move beyond fixing what's in front of them to anticipate where the product and the industry are going next
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; open to recent graduates
  • Experience with Salesforce, higher education systems, or student lifecycle platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong technical understanding — you can converse confidently with developers and data scientists.
  • Exceptional communication skills; you can explain complex things simply.
  • A passion for building elegant, useful, and impactful products that make education accessible.


Bonus Points If You Have


  • A track record of proposing net-new product directions, not just improving existing ones
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM-based workflows into enterprise software.
  • Prior startup or 0→1 product experience.
  • Familiarity with university CRMs like Slate, Ellucian, or Salesforce Education Cloud.
