- Understand enterprise architecture and system components including Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, and BPM platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements across multiple initiatives.
- Conduct technical and functional analysis of workflow platforms and applications.
- Document Current State, Target State, and Gap Analysis.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation including:
- Functional specifications
- Process flows
- Technical architecture
- Sequence diagrams
- Data flows
- System integrations
- User stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Operate within an Agile product development environment, supporting:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement
- Scrum ceremonies
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve production issues and data quality inquiries through root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles.
