Job description

AI Implementation And Client Success

The world's largest financial institutions run their investment operations on a sprawling web of disconnected systems: portfolio management platforms, data providers, research tools, document repositories, communication threads. Critical knowledge is siloed. Workflows are manual. Decisions that should take minutes take days.

Finpilot is the intelligence layer that changes that.

We've built a unified platform that functions simultaneously as a system of record, a system of intelligence, and a system of agents for financial enterprises. We connect to every system in an investment organization, ingesting data, surfacing insight, and executing workflows, so the institution has a single brain where all knowledge work and automation happens. Our clients don't just use Finpilot as a tool. They run their investment operations through it.

We work with some of the world's largest asset managers and allocators, managing hundreds of billions in assets. We're backed by Madrona Venture Group and built by a team with deep roots in institutional finance and enterprise technology.

Applying AI with precision in a domain where errors have real consequences, integrating across complex enterprise systems, and building agents that understand the structure of a financial organization are genuinely hard problems. We've solved them.

The Role

As an AI Implementation And Client Success Specialist, you'll be the person our clients rely on to transform how their organization works. You'll work directly with CIOs, investment directors, and portfolio managers at some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions, configuring AI agents and automations, redesigning workflows, and making sure clients get real and lasting value from the platform. Client outcomes are your scoreboard.

The investment teams you work with will operate differently because of you. How financial institutions use AI to make decisions, run workflows, and deploy capital is still being defined, and you'll be one of the people defining it.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, from workflow discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization
  • Go deep on client workflows, identify where AI agents and automations drive the most value, and build those solutions inside Finpilot
  • Configure and troubleshoot AI agents, data integrations, and automated workflows tailored to how each client operates
  • Lead working sessions with investment teams, turning complex AI capabilities into workflows people actually use
  • Bring structured client insight back to the product team and directly shape what we build next
  • Build relationships that turn clients into advocates
What We're Looking For

Technical aptitude is the foundation. You think analytically, break problems into structured pieces, and pick up new systems fast. You have a track record of building or configuring technical systems, whether through a formal background, hands-on work, or self-directed learning.

Client obsession is non-negotiable. You put the client first. You respond fast, follow through, and don't consider something done until the client has what they actually need. You get energy from solving someone's problem, not just the puzzle itself.

Specifically, we're looking for:

  • A technical or analytical background: engineering, math, economics, statistics, or equivalent demonstrated ability
  • Experience working with AI tools, workflow automation, no-code/low-code platforms, or data systems; you've built or configured something non-trivial
  • Direct client or stakeholder-facing experience where you redesigned how someone worked, not just answered their questions
  • Strong communication skills: able to make technically complex concepts immediately clear to people who don't need to know how it works
  • Evidence of initiative in ambiguous environments where you created structure rather than waited for it
  • Familiarity with investment or financial workflows is a plus; intellectual curiosity about institutional finance is essential
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary with fully covered health benefits (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Above-market equity
  • Direct collaboration with founders and leadership from day one
  • A front-row seat to AI transformation at some of the world's most sophisticated financial institutions
  • Real ownership over how AI implementation takes shape at Finpilot as we scale
  • A small, talent-dense team where your work has immediate and visible impact

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of institutional finance and frontier AI, at a company that has already solved some of the hardest problems in the space. If you want to define what the next generation of financial operations looks like and do it by being the person clients trust most, we'd like to talk.
