Implementation Engineer

Location: DMV Area, OR NYC Area, USA - Hybrid

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Lead Enablement Engineer to design and drive a next-generation Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) training ecosystem enhanced by AI capabilities. This role combines technical expertise, instructional design, and cross-functional collaboration to enable engineering teams with scalable, high-impact solutions and learning experiences.

About You

You are a technically strong and highly collaborative professional with experience in software development, SDLC practices, and technical enablement. You are comfortable translating complex concepts into clear, practical guidance and can adapt quickly in fast-evolving environments. You bring a builder’s mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to create meaningful impact.

As a Strategio Implementation Engineer, you will:
  • Own and deliver end-to-end SDLC training programs, including curriculum design, content development, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and integrate AI-driven solutions into SDLC practices and training materials
  • Create and maintain enablement content (documentation, labs, presentations, and learning paths)
  • Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams to identify needs, build solutions, and drive adoption
  • Facilitate training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage program timelines, measure effectiveness, and report outcomes to stakeholders
Core Skills
  • Strong experience with SDLC practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, testing, deployment)
  • Hands-on software development background
  • Experience integrating AI tools into development workflows
  • Proven experience in technical training, curriculum development, and instructional design
