What is an AI Healthcare Remote?

An AI Healthcare Remote job involves using artificial intelligence technologies to improve healthcare outcomes, processes, or tools while working from a location outside of a traditional healthcare facility or office. Professionals in these roles may develop, implement, or manage AI applications such as diagnostic algorithms, predictive analytics, or virtual health assistants. They often collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and IT teams remotely to solve healthcare challenges and enhance patient care. These positions typically require strong skills in data analysis, machine learning, and healthcare knowledge.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an AI Healthcare Remote professional?

To thrive as an AI Healthcare Remote professional, you need a strong background in computer science, healthcare informatics, and data analysis, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), healthcare data standards (like HL7 or FHIR), and secure telemedicine platforms is typically required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are vital for working effectively across remote, multidisciplinary teams. These capabilities ensure that AI solutions are accurately developed, securely deployed, and effectively integrated into healthcare workflows to improve patient outcomes.

What are some common challenges faced by AI Healthcare professionals working remotely, and how can they be addressed?

AI Healthcare professionals working remotely often face challenges related to collaboration with clinical teams, access to secure patient data, and staying up-to-date with evolving healthcare regulations. To address these issues, it's important to leverage secure communication tools, participate in regular virtual meetings, and maintain strict data security protocols. Proactively seeking feedback from cross-functional colleagues and engaging in continued professional development can also help remote AI Healthcare professionals remain effective and connected to their team.

As an 8(a), HUBZone, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), we empower government and private sector clients by delivering tailored solutions that drive operational success, sustainability, and growth. Built on integrity, collaboration, and excellence, we're more than a service provider—we're your trusted partner in innovation.

Junior Recruiter- Healthcare (Remote)

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $50,000-$65,000

About Broadway Ventures

Broadway Ventures is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified firm headquartered in Vicksburg, Mississippi. We support federal clients across the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Defense, with a workforce that is approximately 95% remote.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical healthcare roles on our federal programs. This is a hands-on sourcing and screening role well suited to someone with a couple of years of agency or in-house healthcare recruiting experience who wants to move into the federal contracting space. You will work closely with senior recruiters and program managers to build candidate pipelines, conduct initial screens, and keep candidates moving through the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and referrals
  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, licensure, availability, and compensation expectations
  • Write and post job advertisements; refresh postings to maintain visibility
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare candidate summaries and screening notes for hiring manager review
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and follow-up
  • Support onboarding documentation and pre-employment requirements as needed
  • Meet weekly sourcing, submittal, and pipeline activity targets

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience filling clinical or non-clinical healthcare roles (agency or corporate)
  • Demonstrated sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable platforms
  • Working knowledge of common healthcare job titles, credentials, and licensure requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • No degree required — relevant recruiting experience is what matters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for federal government contracts or a government contractor
  • Familiarity with CMS or Medicare program roles (medical review, appeals, redetermination, reimbursement)
  • Experience recruiting licensed clinical staff (RN, LPN, therapists)
  • Exposure to OFCCP, EEO, or federal compliance recordkeeping
  • Boolean search proficiency

What to Expect Next:

After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review your qualifications. This may include a brief telephone interview or email communication to verify resume details and discuss compensation expectations. Interviews will be conducted with the most qualified candidates. Broadway Ventures conducts background checks and drug testing prior to the start of employment. Some positions may also require fingerprinting.

Broadway Ventures is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal contractor. We do not discriminate against applicants or employees on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Reasonable accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities. Broadway Ventures utilizes the OFCCP-approved Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form (CC-305).

The pay range shown is a good-faith estimate of the compensation Broadway Ventures reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. It is not a guarantee of any particular wage, salary, or total compensation. Actual pay offered depends on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education, certifications and licensure, geographic work location, contract funding and budget. For positions covered by the Service Contract Act, pay is also governed by the applicable Department of Labor wage determination, which the government may revise.

Some positions are posted in support of a contract proposal that has not yet been awarded. Where that is the case, the position and its final compensation are contingent upon award of the contract to Broadway Ventures and on the terms of the awarded contract, including any government-approved labor rates and the applicable wage determination.

Broadway Ventures offers a comprehensive benefits package. A general description of benefits is below.

  • PTO that grows the longer you stay
  • Health, Vision, Dental
  • Company provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance
  •  Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability
