Sobre el rol: En este rol, te harás cargo de la infraestructura (servidores) y de los despliegues del equipo de Tecnología y Desarrollo (T&D). Diseñarás y automatizarás los flujos de despliegue sobre GitHub, y acompañarás la estandarización y migración de la infraestructura hacia servicios de nube como GCP

Descripción del puesto:

  • Crear, configurar y mantener los servidores y entornos (desarrollo, staging y producción) donde corren las aplicaciones de Wynwood (Django + PostgreSQL).
  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines de CI/CD sobre GitHub (GitHub Actions) para automatizar pruebas, builds y despliegues, eliminando los despliegues manuales del equipo de desarrollo.
  • Empaquetar y desplegar aplicaciones con Docker, gestionando variables de entorno, secretos y migraciones de base de datos de forma segura.
  • Administrar las bases de datos PostgreSQL a nivel operativo: respaldos, monitoreo, alta disponibilidad y rendimiento.
  • Garantizar la seguridad y disponibilidad de la infraestructura: certificados SSL, firewalls, redes (VPC), gestión de accesos y secretos.
  • Implementar monitoreo, logging y alertas para detectar y responder a incidentes antes de que afecten al negocio.
  • Acompañar y ejecutar la migración de la infraestructura actual (DigitalOcean) hacia GCP, documentando y estandarizando la arquitectura resultante

Requerimientos:

  • Experiencia comprobable administrando servidores Linux en entornos productivos.
  • Dominio de Docker (contenedores, imágenes, docker‑compose).
  • Experiencia construyendo pipelines de CI/CD, idealmente con GitHub Actions.
  • Buen manejo de Git/GitHub y de la línea de comandos (bash).
  • Experiencia desplegando aplicaciones web en la nube en al menos un proveedor (GCP, AWS, Azure o DigitalOcean).
  • Conocimiento operativo de PostgreSQL (respaldos, manejo de conexiones, tuning básico).
  • Fundamentos sólidos de redes y seguridad (DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, gestión de secretos).
  • Scripting en Python o Bash para automatización de tareas.
  • Inglés intermedio (lectura y documentación técnica).
  • Conocimientos deseables: Infraestructura como código (Terraform), Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud SQL), despliegue de aplicaciones Django, herramientas de observabilidad (Grafana, Prometheus) y nociones de Kubernetes.
