Position: Project Coordinator — Longhorn
Type: Contract
Compensation: $45–$55/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for AI data projects, ensuring smooth workflows and operations.
  • Collaborate with program leads and domain experts to transform leadership inputs into clear guidelines for expert teams.
  • Onboard and support new experts as the program expands.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews, organize notes and action items, and lead calls when necessary.
  • Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and communicate findings across teams.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines with research and product partners.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks and assist in their resolution.
  • Track project deliverables using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Stay adaptable as project needs evolve.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Location: Must be based in the USA.
  • 3+ years in project coordination or project management with large, cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience in AI training-data or human-data projects.
  • Strong data management experience with Excel and SQL.
  • Prior people management experience or demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectively.

Preferred

  • STEM background strongly preferred.
  • Experience with AI/data programs at organizations like Meta, TikTok, or Amazon.
  • Working knowledge of coding.
