In this role, you will influence how employees interact with services across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other shared functions creating seamless, human centered experiences that improve self service, productivity, and satisfaction.

As a Product Designer, Employee Experience & Conversational AI, you will design and improve digital experiences across ServiceNow and Moveworks platforms. You will focus on simplifying how employees access support, knowledge, and services through modern portal experiences and AI-powered conversational journeys. This role combines UX design, service design, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver experiences that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with enterprise needs.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Design employee-facing experiences across enterprise portals, knowledge, service request, and conversational AI channels
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, flows, and design specifications to support product and platform delivery
  • Partner with product, engineering, platform, and business teams to improve self-service adoption, search success, and employee satisfaction
  • Ensure solutions are accessible, inclusive, privacy-aware, and aligned with enterprise design standards
What do you need to have?
  • Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, digital experience design, or enterprise platform design
  • 3+ years of experience designing enterprise portals, employee experience platforms, service portals, workflow applications, or digital workplace solutions
  • Hands on experience designing or supporting ServiceNow experiences such as Employee Center, Employee Center Pro, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, ITSM, or HRSD
  • Experience designing conversational AI journeys, guided support flows, fallback experiences, and escalation paths
  • Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in Agile delivery environments
