AEM Lead – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead with deep expertise in AEM backend development, AWS integration, and proven experience in solution design and project planning. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience implementing AI chatbots and conversational interfaces within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AEM solutions, focusing on backend architecture and integrations.
  • Architect and implement integrations between AEM and AWS services.
  • Oversee project planning, technical design, and solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Design and integrate AI chatbot solutions to enhance user engagement and automate support workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to define technical strategies and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
