Virtual Executive Assistant
Our client, a fast-growing startup, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support its C-level executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
This role is known for its exceptional productivity demands, where a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality are essential. While it can be demanding, it offers significant rewards. Daily responsibilities:
Efficiently manage your client's daily schedule and priorities to assist them in achieving their ambitious aspirations.
Take charge of calendar management and scheduling.
Engage in research and formulate plans to facilitate your client's personal and professional growth.
Exhibit initiative to pleasantly surprise and gratify your client.
Establish strong relationships within your client's network and team, actively aiding in the management of these vital connections.
Lead the way in handling internal and external communications, crafting presentations, generating reports, and managing social media engagements.
Assist with drafting and editing of documents, including memos, presentations, and reports, ensuring that they are professional and well-structured.
Handle confidential information; act as a liaison between executives and other staff.
Coordinate travel arrangements (both domestic and international) and prepare expense reports.
Requirements
A suitable work-from-home space
Minimum internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Willingness to work full-time (40 hours/week) at a time that suits your client
