Required Qualifications
10- 12+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in AI/ML
Expert in Python and production AI system development
Hands-on with GenAI/LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
Strong cloud experience with AWS/GCP
Experience deploying AI models in enterprise environments
Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, evaluation, and system trade-offs
Experience in regulated and security-focused environments
