The Opportunity
As a Managed Services - AI Agent Build & DevOps - Manager, you will leverage data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making for clients. Within our Data and Analytics practice, you will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize business performance and enhance competitive advantage. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, confirming successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.
Responsibilities
- Leading AI agent build and DevOps workstreams to drive strategic insights and optimize business performance
- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of innovative data analytics solutions
- Utilizing business intelligence tools and cloud-based analytics platforms to enhance data-driven decision-making
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges
- Developing scalable data visualization and reporting solutions using tools like QlikView and Spotfire
- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to enhance competitive advantage
- Validating data integrity and compliance within analytics frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing data utilization and improving client outcomes
- Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and manage performance effectively
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science
- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence and QlikView for data analysis
- Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement
- Developing business intelligence and reporting tools expertise
- Embracing continuous process improvement and change management
- Mentoring teams in data architecture development and data pipeline management

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
