Description
The AI Automation Associate supports the evaluation and continuous improvement of AI agents used across Imaging Associates and Protostar Radiology Solutions. This role reviews AI interactions and performance data, documents findings, assists with ticket creation and tracking, and helps maintain automation mappings and process documentation. The position provides a strong foundation in AI quality analysis, process support, and healthcare operations while contributing to the effective performance of AI systems with real guests, patients, providers, and team members.
• Review AI agent interactions (phone calls, transcripts, logs, and basic performance metrics) to assess accuracy, containment, language handling, tone, and overall effectiveness.
• Document observations, patterns, and issues clearly and accurately to support quality analysis.
• Assist with the creation, tracking, and documentation of tickets related to AI performance, system errors, and improvement opportunities.
• Help maintain and update automation mappings, including exam codes, prep instructions, workflows, and related process documentation.
• Support the identification of trends and gaps in AI performance and share findings with the team.
• Maintain organized records of reviews, metrics, and feedback.
• Follow established quality evaluation processes, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on assigned quality, automation, and continuous improvement tasks.
• Provide general support for related operational or administrative activities as needed.
• Continuously develop knowledge of AI systems, quality standards, and Imaging Associates' operational processes.
