Ahern is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to service customers within Northeastern, WI. You will take the lead on small plumbing projects, service repairs, backflow testing, and participate in on-call after-hours service. You will service customers in the manufacturing, healthcare, and heavy commercial industries.
Your employment relationship will be governed by a collective bargaining agreement, specifically Local 400. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills while actively engaging with Ahern's service customers.
Qualified candidates must be a Journeyman Plumber with 5+ years of experience, ideally working on owner-direct service work. Must have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles, be able to travel for the position, and pass an appropriate drug screen and physical (the job entails a great deal of lifting and climbing). Successful candidates must be self-starters, have a strong mechanical background, have a good working and learning attitude, and be able to work in a fast-paced construction environment (both indoors and outdoors).
