CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT
ARNOLD PALMER GOLF MANAGEMENT
Agronomy Intern
DIVISION: Marbella Country Club
DEPARTMENT: Golf Course Maintenance
REPORTS TO: Golf Course Assistant Superintendent
STATUS: Non-Exempt
Are you looking to be part of a company that will stand the test of time, create opportunities for you to grow and to have fun? Then we welcome you to join Century Golf Partners as the Marbella Country Club - Agronomy Intern.
Located in the beautiful rolling hills of San Juan Capistrano, Marbella Country Club offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn and grow within one of Orange County's premier private golf clubs. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture and known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere, Marbella combines the traditions of the game with modern facilities and a commitment to excellence.
Our award-winning championship golf course, designed by Jay Morrish and Tom Weiskopf, provides the perfect setting for an immersive, hands-on learning experience. As a Golf Course Maintenance Intern, you'll work closely with an experienced turf management team, gaining valuable exposure to daily maintenance operations, irrigation management, fertility programs, equipment operation, and tournament preparation.
This internship is ideal for students pursuing a career in golf course management, turfgrass science, or sports turf maintenance, and for those looking to experience the standards and expectations of a high-end private club environment.
At Marbella, you'll be part of a passionate and supportive team dedicated to delivering exceptional playing conditions and learning from every day on the course.
Come grow your skills, build lasting connections, and experience where tradition meets opportunity.
In 2005, several of the partners came together to realize a long-desired dream and created Century Golf Partners; a golf investment and management company. In the same year, the company also acquired the exclusive worldwide rights to the Arnold Palmer Golf Management brand and accordingly, Century Golf Partners operates many of its clubs under the Arnold Palmer Golf Management name.
Our Purpose: To improve the lives of the people we serve.
Our Mission: To be a Good Partner.
Our Vision: To be the most sought after business partner in golf.
Our Culture: We love serving others. We live by our team values, principles and Quality standards to create a fun atmosphere. This is the cornerstone of our success.
