They provide skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of productionPosition Details:Schedule to be determined. Be prepared to work a flexible, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour schedule that will include off shifts and weekends. Pay: $43.25 an hourBunge offers a variety of benefits including health and wellness plans, retirement contribution and paid vacation/holidays.What You?ll Be Doing:Install, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automated, and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to PLCs, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gauges and test equipmentConduct electrical planning, preventative maintenance, and programming for process logic control systems (PLC?s) platforms, instrumentation, and human-machine interfaces (HMI)Install, repair, and calibrate electronic to pneumatic converters or pneumatic to electronic converters or a combination of bothRepair electronic equipment instruments such as ultrasonic, radar, and other conventional level controls Repair electronic equipment instruments such as photo eyes, proximity controls, and associated equipment and controlsRepair and calibrate temperature sensing instruments with capillary and bulb, instruments with thermocouple and electric output and resistive temperature detectors (RTD?s)Other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:2-3 years of equivalent experience programming, troubleshooting and repairing PLC?s (Siemens PCS7/WinnCC, Rockwell/Allen Bradley) and distributive control systemsThorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipmentHigh degree of precision working with minimum tolerancesComprehension of electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID drawingExperienced in different brands of variable frequency drivesExperienced with maintenance, set-up, and calibration of all types of process instrumentationPreferred Qualifications:Associate?s degree in electrical engineering technology, industrial technology, or journeyman instrument maintenance/electrical technicianExperience in AutoCADExperience with ammonia refrigerationAS-i/Profibus networksAt Bunge (NYSE: BG), our purpose is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
