Job description

An Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for contacting, engaging, and developing independent and franchise dealer participation in the Agora platform and financial solutions, ensuring all parties are educated and supported to execute the most effective benefits, features, and offerings of the Agora platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage and reply to Dealer queries received through all methods of communication.
  • Develop productive Dealer relationships, leveraging Agora solutions and products to drive Dealer loan volume, profits, and success.
  • Work with other departments to meet/exceed corporate goals.
  • Drive and support change and continual improvement on a proactive basis.
  • Implement and support organizational products and process improvements.
  • Serve as an Agora industry ambassador, collaborating with industry partners, associations, and influencers to increase product and brand awareness.
  • Complete other projects and duties as given.

What You Need

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive sales/finance experience within a dealership.
  • Knowledge of automotive dealership operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Capability to work independently as well as jointly with other team members.
  • Process discipline, communication, and negotiation abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Zoho.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and vocal communication abilities.
  • Excellent persuasion, presentation, and phone communication skills.
  • Capability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Skill to maintain confidentiality.
