GolfSuites Baton Rouge is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall venue operations with a strong focus on Food & Beverage excellence. This leader will play a key role in driving profitability, elevating guest experience, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entertainment-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations, with a primary focus on F&B performance, quality, and consistency
  • Lead and motivate team partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, ordering, labor scheduling, and cost controls
