- Strong understanding ofAgile Scrummethodology and experience working within Scrum teams.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional Scrum team members, especiallyProduct Owners, technology teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience leadinguser story writing, discovery sessions, and collaboration with technology teams.
- Hands-on experience withbacklog refinementand backlog management.
- Strongstakeholder managementand engagement skills.
- Understanding of customer and/or employee experience development.
- Experience usingdata and insightsto support business decisions.
- Knowledge ofdatabase querying (SQL preferred).
- Familiarity withArtificial Intelligence (AI)and/orChatbot technologiesis preferred but not required.
