You will drive the vision and roadmap for core areas of the C3 Agentic AI Platform and define how developers and data scientists build, train, deploy, and operate AI and ML systems on the platform. You will collaborate across engineering teams to deliver an integrated and powerful path from experimentation to production.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the product roadmap for AI platform areas - defining what we build, why, and in what order - to accelerate customer adoption of AI and ML in production.
  • Deeply understand your users - developers, data scientists, and data engineers - and deliver tooling, SDKs, APIs, and workflows that make them dramatically more productive.
  • Translate ambiguous platform and customer problems into structured, prioritized execution plans with clear milestones and success metrics, balancing long-term strategic goals with near-term business impact.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market teams to deliver exceptional solutions and drive adoption.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering developer- or data science-facing platforms.
  • Strong technical foundation in one or more of the following: data management and data infrastructure (ingestion, modeling, pipelines, governance); data science and AI/ML workflows (model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring); or developer tooling and application development environments.
  • Track record of driving measurable adoption, revenue, or other commercial outcomes for a platform product, partnering with field and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong data fluency - comfortable using metrics and querying data (e.g., SQL) to inform and validate product decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and clearly communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging stakeholders across engineering, data science, UX, and go-to-market functions.
  • Bachelor of Science in a STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred.
