Enterprise Architect Agentic AI / CRM / BPM
Role Overview:
Seeking an Enterprise Architect with strong Agentic AI and Google Cloud experience to design and implement AI-driven solutions supporting CRM and BPM transformation. The role focuses on architecting autonomous agents, AI pipelines, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect Agentic AI solutions across CRM and BPM environments.
  • Design AI workflows from requirements through development, deployment, and operations.
  • Develop and optimize AI pipelines using Google Cloud services including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
  • Build and manage autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning and collaboration.
  • Integrate AI agents with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools, and developer environments.
  • Support deployment and lifecycle management through AgentSpace or similar platforms.
  • Define AI governance, safety, monitoring, and performance standards.
Required Skills:
  • Experience as AI Architect, ML Engineer, or similar role focused on AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong Google Cloud AI/ML ecosystem experience.
  • 2+ years building AI/ML solutions.
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Generative AI / Agentic AI.
  • 3+ years experience with CRM and BPM platforms.
  • Experience with software testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
  • Experience deploying and managing AI agents using AgentSpace or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
