As part of our growing AI team, you'll develop intelligent agents, generative AI applications, and AI-powered automations that solve real business challenges. Working closely with the AI Team Lead, AI Enablement team, business stakeholders, and developers, you'll help define the technical direction of our AI platform while mentoring junior engineers and establishing engineering best practices. If you're passionate about building enterprise-grade AI solutions and shaping the future of agentic AI, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support production-ready AI applications, AI agents, and intelligent automations
  • Architect scalable agentic AI solutions using modern techniques such as RAG, multi-agent workflows, tool calling, memory management, and enterprise integrations
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
  • Build and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and cloud services
  • Implement development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
  • Mentor junior developers through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to AI standards, reusable components, and development practices that support CIMA+'s long-term AI strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry and the Azure ecosystem, including Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
