The Work:
The Salesforce Agentforce Architect will architect and lead the design and delivery of AI agent solutions on Salesforce Agentforce. Defines agent architecture and translates business requirements into reliable, governed, production-grade agents. Owns the technical approach for agent build, integration, testing, monitoring, and continuous accuracy tuning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agentforce solution design from discovery through go-live and hypercare, owning the end-to-end technical architecture.
  • Lead complex Marketing Cloud development projects and technical initiatives from conception to completion
  • Design grounding and prompt strategies using Prompt Builder, Data Cloud/RAG, and retrieval patterns; engineer prompts for accuracy and hallucination control.
  • Establish the testing and evaluation approach - Agentforce Testing Center, evaluation specs, accuracy/regression tuning.
  • Build interaction logging, monitoring, and performance-tracking to support adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Design reusable actions, prompt templates, and frameworks to accelerate delivery across use cases.
  • Serve as technical lead in client engagements, translating business requirements into agent solutions and advising stakeholders on feasibility and scope.

This is a hybrid role in Chesterbook, PA and will require 3 days per week in the office. May consider qualified candidates in Orlando, FL.
What you need:
  • Minimum 6 years of Salesforce Platform experience including hands-on Agentforce / Einstein AI Delivery
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Consultant Certification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong Salesforce platform development: Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and platform integration (REST/Platform Events).
  • Hands-on Agentforce / Einstein AI: agents, topics, actions, Prompt Builder, Model Builder.
  • Experience with Data Cloud
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and API/integration methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Git, JIRA, CI/CD, and modern Salesforce DevOps (SFDX, scratch/dev orgs).
  • Understanding of AI/ML applications within marketing cloud.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
