Role Description:

Salesforce is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to serve as Vice President, Sales Strategy - Agentforce and Data 360. This leader will act as the primary architect of our GTM execution for Agentforce and Data 360-the fastest-growing organic innovation in company history-focusing on bridging high-level consumption sales strategy with field execution to capture this massive market opportunity.

This leader will serve as a trusted business partner to sales leadership, driving key projects end-to-end. You will ensure our account teams have the tools, data, and programs they need to build high-quality pipelines, accelerate growth, and close deals at scale in a sophisticated, matrixed consumption sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Partner with sales leadership to design annual and quarterly GTM motions, territory planning, and quotas that align with Agentforce and Data 360 aggressive growth targets.

  • Pipeline Generation & Activation: Design and oversee the execution of pipeline "rush" programs, demand-generation initiatives, and prioritization efforts, ensuring marketing and sales efforts are perfectly synchronized.

  • Sales Enablement & Excellence: Identify skill and product gaps, rolling out tailored enablement on new features, AI-driven sales plays, and competitive positioning.

  • Operational Cadence & Data-Driven Insights: Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences for ACV, NNAOV, Pipeline, and Consumption. Own the data and analytics for Agentforce and Data 360 to provide actionable insights that drive business health.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the connective tissue between Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to ensure operational plans are executed within budget and resources are allocated to the highest-growth opportunities.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-impact "SWAT team" of strategy analysts. Foster an inclusive, high-performing environment that attracts top talent and focuses on career development.

Required Experiences & Skills:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations within high-growth SaaS companies; equivalent experience within management consulting will be considered.

  • People Management: 3+ years of formal people management experience in a high-growth, continuously evolving environment.

  • GTM Expertise: Proven track record of GTM design and planning, managing sales pipeline programs, and leading cross-functional, end-to-end strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborative Influence: Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, navigating a matrixed environment and building consensus among diverse stakeholders without formal authority.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in using data to tell a story and drive strategy; advanced knowledge of Agentforce and Data 360 is highly preferred.

  • Leadership & Culture: A champion for Salesforce's core values, dedicated to building inclusive, high-performing teams. A reputation for unquestionable ethics, integrity, and transparency.
