Experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative

Alex Pizarro State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grayslake, IL. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated individual to become an integral part of a well-established insurance agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective clients, ensuring all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist clients with various insurance needs, including property, casualty, and life insurance products.
  • Process policy changes, claims, renewals, and updates.
  • Address customer questions regarding coverage, pricing, and other insurance-related matters.
  • Proactively follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to meet and exceed customer service goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of previous experience working in an insurance agency is required.
  • Licensing: Must hold valid insurance licenses in Property & Casualty License and be willing to get the Life License
  • Bilingual: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
