Zoetis Canada est a la recherche d'un.eChef.fe FP&Acharge de la preparation et de la supervision des activites de budgetisation, de prevision, d'analyse et de rapport de gestion. Le poste travaillera en etroite collaboration avec le directeur des Finances Canada et agira comme partenaire d'affaires cle aupres des leaders commerciaux, en fournissant du soutien a la prise de decision et en traduisant les strategies d'affaires en plans financiers.

Ce poste est base a Montreal (Quebec). Une presence reguliere au bureau principal est requise.

Les autres responsabilites comprennent:

  • Elaboration du budget ascendant et previsionnel
  • Preparation des rapports de gestion standard, des rapports ad hoc et d'indicateurs de performance cles
  • Identification des moteurs commerciaux qui soutiennent la prise de decision commerciale pour la budgetisation, la planification, les previsions et les rapports de gestion
  • Examiner les modeles financiers pour trouver des solutions pour gerer la budgetisation et les previsions
  • Apporter une aide a la decision aux leaders commerciaux sur des marches definis
  • Une collaboration etroite avec les Services financiers partages lors de la cloture mensuelle des comptes (revue de la marge beneficiaire, mesures de prix et de volume, revue des provisions pour rabais et rendus sur ventes, et autres ecritures de fin de mois)
  • Realiser des analyses ponctuelles et soutenir des projets speciaux, notamment des implantations de systemes (p. ex., SAP S/4HANA, OneStream).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diplome d'etudes en finances, en comptabilite generale ou en administration des affaires, titre professionnel de CPA un atout
  • Au moins 5 ans d'experience en planification et analyse financieres ou en comptabilite, de preference au sein d'une entreprise multinationale
  • Experience pratique de la finance dans la preparation des budgets, des previsions et de la gestion des finances.
  • Experience de l'aide a la decision dans differents aspects de la gestion financiere, notamment la planification et les analyses financieres, l'etablissement des previsions et la production de rapports de gestion et d'analyses
  • Connaissance pratique de SAP, d'Hyperion OneStream et/ou Power BI, un atout
  • Solide sens des affaires et bonne comprehension des enjeux commerciaux
  • Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles, avec la capacite de travailler dans une organisation matricielle et d'adapter la communication aux differents intervenants
  • Capacite de reconnaitre les problemes et les occasions dans le cadre des activites d'analyse financiere et de production de rapports

Zoetis Canada is seeking anFP&A Manager, responsible for preparing and overseeing the budgeting, forecasting, analysis and management reporting activities.The role will work closely with the Canada Finance Director, and it is a key business partner to commercial leaders, providing decision support and translating business strategies into financial plans.

This position is based in Montreal, Quebec. Presence at the main office on a regular basis is required.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Developing the bottom-up budget and forecasting.
  • Preparing standard management reporting package, ad hoc reporting and KPIs.
  • Identifying business drivers that support business decision-making for budgeting, planning, forecasting and management reporting.
  • Reviewing financial models for solutions to manage the budgeting and forecasting.
  • Providing decision support to commercial leaders in defined markets.
  • Working closely with Financial Shared Services on month-end activities including the review of mark-up adjustment, price and volume analysis and submission, review of rebates and sales return provisions and other month-end entries.
  • Performing ad hoc analysis and supporting special projects, such as systems implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OneStream).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Financial Accounting or Business Administration, CPA designation preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in FP&A finance or accounting preferably with a multinational company
  • Hands-on finance experience in preparing budgets, forecast and managing financials
  • Decision support experience in different aspects of financial management including financial planning and analyses, forecasting, and management reporting and analytics.
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, OneStream and/ or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization and tailor communication to different stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify business issues and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to meet reporting deadlines (operating plan, forecasting and month-end close activities).
  • Analytical and solution oriented to resolve complex issues, with attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
