Job Title - Wellness Advisor
Location- Park Ridge, IL
Responsibilities:
• Ability to stand for long periods of time up to 8 hours with pre - scheduled breaks.
• Conduct store opening procedures.
• Conduct store closing procedures.
• Maintain enthusiastic and proactive sales attitude whilst assisting customers.
• Provide information to customers on store promotions, events, sales incentives, and review incentives to
maximize customer experience.
• Conduct cannabis sales consultations as trained by the company.
• Conduct cannabis sales transactions as trained by the company and approved training platforms.
• Manage and handle the point-of-sale system and cash securities.
• Cover and break security team members alongside the Agent In Charge.
• Cover and break Wellness Advisors from posts to ensure the team has break periods alongside Agent in
Charge.
• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure regulations and company policy are followed and address
issues professionally and courteously as needed.
• Work to meet store sales targets, and provide a professional and proactive attitude in approaching sales goal
pushes.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Operate fulfilment duties as directed by management to ensure product is being picked, packed, and pulled
according to FIFO standards.
• Articulate operating processes and have the mindset to improve them.
• Continually educate yourself on cannabis products, sales skills, or continue training on approved platforms
during store downtime.
• Ensure the store cleanliness and uniformity meets company standards.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
