The PLACE Vegas Team is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent Assistant/Showing Partner to become an integral part of our energetic and successful team. This role is perfect for motivated agents eager to gain hands-on experience, deepen their real estate expertise, and thrive in a supportive, goal-driven environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with team members to assist buyers and sellers throughout every stage of the real estate process
  • Conduct property showings while providing exceptional client service
  • Handle daily responsibilities such as client communication, scheduling, and transaction management
  • Engage in PLACE training programs to enhance skills and promote professional development

Qualifications:
  • Active Nevada Real Estate License (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, client-focused, and professional attitude

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
