A day in the life.
As our Agency Associate in our Early Career Program, you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of business, allowing you to learn each practice area, and complete daily tasks in three to four areas on a rotational basis. You will learn how to effectively handle new business, renewal business, and customer service needs inside Business Insurance, Employee Health and Benefits, Personal Lines, Surety, or Retirement practices, in preparation for beginning a practice area focused career path. Upon successful completion of the program, practice area focus will be based on interest, interview and testing process, and business needs.
