Riverbank Language Academy is seeking dedicated and caring individuals to serve as ELOP Leaders, supporting students in a safe, structured, and enriching expanded learning environment. In this role, you will guide students through meaningful academic support and enrichment activities before and after school, helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. ELOP Leaders build positive relationships with students and families, uphold high standards for student safety and engagement, and play a vital role in maintaining the strong sense of community that defines RLA. This is a rewarding opportunity for those who value mentorship, consistency, and making a lasting difference in students' daily lives.
