Job description

Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable manufacturing position with opportunities to grow? We're hiring Production Machine Operators for both day and night shifts. If you have at least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet production goals.
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual inspections.
  • Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
  • Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
  • Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance of major problems.
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions.
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Experience using basic measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges is a plus.
