About Eager Enrichment
Eager Enrichment is a leading after-school education company serving Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio. For over 18 years, we’ve inspired students through hands-on classes in Art, Sewing, Engineering, and more.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and flexible Support Assistant to help ensure our after-school programs run smoothly across Columbus-area schools.

This is a hands-on, active role that combines classroom support, substitute teaching, and light operational responsibilities. You’ll work closely with the owner and instructors to support students and maintain high-quality programming.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday–Thursday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM (school days only)
  • $18,000/year (part-time salaried)
  • Position begins August 1st
  • Some travel between local schools required

What You’ll Do

  • Step in as a substitute instructor when needed
  • Assist teachers during classes and support classroom management
  • Deliver and organize supplies for instructors
  • Communicate with the owner regarding staffing and supply needs
  • Provide general support to ensure classes run smoothly across locations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children (schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, etc.)
  • Reliable and comfortable stepping into different classrooms as needed
  • Organized and able to manage multiple small tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel between school locations
