We’re looking for dedicated and motivated Security Officers to join our team at the Steelyard Commons! Whether you're stationed at a dedicated post or working as a Patrol Officer, you'll be a critical part of our mission to keep communities safe.

What You'll Do:

  • Patrol assigned areas to deter theft, vandalism, and other crimes

  • Secure entry points and ensure property safety

  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations

  • Assist employees, residents, or guests with security-related concerns

  • Document and report all incidents and irregularities accurately

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills—our officers engage with the community

  • Ability to remain alert and responsive during long shifts

  • Ability to work independently and follow established protocols

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

  • Reliable transportation to assignments

Position Details:
  • Second Shift Position: 7p-11p Mon-Fri and 11a-11p Sat/Sun
  • Job Types: PT

  • Shifts: 5 hours | 12 hours | Weekends | M-F | Holidays | On-call | Afternoons| Evenings

  • Pay: $17.00 per hour

Minimum Requirements:

  • Age 21+

  • Clean background check & drug screening

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

  • 2+ years of previous security experience

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation to job site in Cleveland, OH
