  • Recommend relevant add-ons such as prints, glam filters, backdrops, and additional event hours.
  • Answer client questions related to event timing, venue logistics, setup details, and planning needs.
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner to help move bookings forward.
  • Confirm event details and ensure all required information is accurately collected.
  • Coordinate internally to support smooth event preparation and execution.

  • Maintain organized records of client communication, booking details, and follow-up status.
  • Handle several active conversations at once while staying detail-oriented and responsive.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to explain service options clearly and guide clients toward the best-fit package.
  • Sales-minded approach with the ability to upsell naturally and professionally.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage details without constant supervision.
  • Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team.
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing communication.

Benefits:

  • Full-Time Position.
  • 100% Remote Work Environment.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing and innovative company.
